MIND YOUR WELLBEING - BUILD YOUR INNER RESILIENCE
“Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters are seared with scars.” – Khalil Gibran
“Only to the extent that we expose ourselves over and over to annihilation can that which is indestructible be found in us…” – Pema Chodron
Scars? Pain? But how do we avoid being shatered by the unbearable experiences?
In this workshop, participants will hear stories, understand the pragmatic logic of inner observation, find inspiration and discover tools that will allow them to develop a daily (meditative) practice that works for them and increase their resiliency.
Alignment and daily practice are not meditating with candles, guru and crystals; it is best described as understanding who we are and creating a caring relationship with ourselves.
The human body is a complex vessel that comes with a lot of positive, but also a lot of cumbersome evolutionary baggage. By learning the mechanics of meditation and the power of inner observation, a practitioner will progressively learn to align all aspects of her/his being and find a renewed comfort in their own skin, get profound rest and refresh her/his energy in little time. One will find not only personal growth but as well, improved relationships and ability to manifest positive outcomes. Topics covered will include:
- Where science fails
- Breaking myths
- Where science and spirituality meet
- Evolution and aspects of inner practice
- 10 techniques to choose from – build your tool box and see what works for you
We facilitate this workshop using tools and techniques to accommodate the various cognitive learning styles: presentations, storytelling, audio and video materials, active experiential participation.
Who should register?
- Professionals at any level, including educators, public servants, recreation and tourism workers, responders and health care workers, etc.

The workshop can be delivered in person (preferred) or over Zoom in 3 hours.
